Here in Basingstoke, our team has 15 years recruitment experience between us. We have been in Basingstoke for 10 years, formally Barker Personnel Services, and we re-branded to Tate in May 2006. We pride ourselves on our strong client relationships, and we have worked with many of them for over 8 years.
We cover the following areas: Basingstoke, Tadley, Baughurst, Hook, Hartley, Wintney, Fleet, Farnborough, Winnersh and Reading.
We recruit for the following disciplines: clerical, data entry, customer service jobs, telesales, administrative, HR, marketing, secretarial, PA, and admin jobs
Within our branch, 84% of our candidates are referred to us – we find this really rewarding and we make sure that we give ALL of our candidates the best service possible. We keep in touch with every candidate on a weekly basis, offering CV advice and pre-interview briefs prior to sending them on interview to ensure they are knowledgeable and confident about the company and the position. We assign candidates to a dedicated consultant who keeps in regular contact with them. We also send out questionnaires to every candidate that registers with us to ensure they are happy with our service and then also send out questionnaires once they have completed assignments for us to ensure we are matching their skill base and desire to the right role.
Finally, we also offer skills testing and training to all of our candidates free of charge if they wish to enhance their IT skills.
